So, you don’t even have to be in the class to tighten your grip on the career ladder.

Ideas are kept in a bubble, to a degree. Typically, a person only engages with others who are on his or her level. To make matters worse, the debate gets stifled by wanting to interact with others who share the same view. Sadly, this attitude prevents the dissemination of ideas and creative thinking.
