Company incentive sees employees jet off to New York
Recruitment company, The Sterling Choice pride themselves in being different. Co-founders Lukas Vanterpool and Gareth Whyatt have built their business around happiness, hard work and being humble. As such, they invest a great deal of time and money right back into the company, including their staff, who are at the heart of what they do.
To ensure their staff are happy and motivated, they’ve created an aspirational and enjoyable office environment with breakout spaces, a foosball table and even a bar for employees to enjoy. What’s more, they run numerous incentives throughout the year to encourage staff to work to their very best, but these are not your run of the mill incentives. No. Their latest incentive saw employees work towards an all-expenses-paid trip to New York.
The “High Flyers” incentive which ran from January through to the end of June saw three employees achieve great success, along with the holiday of a lifetime.
Ben Farrer, Charlie Hempsall and Wayne Hobbs will be jetting off to New York for their well-deserved holiday later this year. Ben Farrer, Recruitment Consultant at The Sterling Choice said, “The minute I knew New York was on the cards I was keen to ensure that I made the cut. The Statue of Liberty, 9/11 memorial and many roof top bars will be high on my to do list!”
The incentive programs are so important to the motivation of their team, it shows staff how important it is to work hard and play hard. Each month, every member of the team has the chance to win an all-expenses paid three course meal and drinks, and their “High Flyer” incentive gives staff the chance to win trips abroad in line with what the very best top billers in the Food Industry deserve!
